Safe Harbor Award Luncheon and Silent Auction
The Safe Harbor Award is presented annually to individuals or organizations that have made a difference in the lives of Hampton Road’s children. Recipients are honored during the luncheon and fundraising proceeds benefit the Children's Harbors Early Care and Education programs.
